Our final podcast for 2006 focuses on corporate etiquette - we look at the best ways for employees and employers to manage the renowned party season, with tips on ending the year well and starting the new one with reputations intact.

We talk to Alex Travers, founder of "A Matter of Style" who gives us her opinion on the behaviour expected at the office party. Alex has over 15 years experience in the fashion and presentation industry, she has written articles for a number of national newspapers and magazines and appeared on A Current Affair and Sunrise.

We also speak to Employment Law Specialists Stephen Booth and Amanda Harvey from Coleman & Greig. They provide us with a legal perspective on the office party and address the responsibilities of employers when planning an event.

In this podcast, we look at the subject of employer branding from two distinct perspectives- that of the employer branding consultant and that of the employer branding manager.

James Wiggins founded TMP Worldwide's Asia Pacific Employer Brand Practice in 2003. His role combines two prior careers - one in corporate development & training and organisational development and the other in advertising, marketing and branding. James has worked with public and private sector organisations in the UK, Asia and Australia and gets real satisfaction from helping an organisation position itself as an employer of choice.

Katherine Fitzgerald was instrumental in the Lion Nathan employer branding project and provides a unique insight into the building of the Lion Nathan brand strategy. It was during a role as a Resourcing Executive that she started the employer branding project which they launched in October 2006 after starting the project at the beginning of the year.
