Due to continued growth in the ANZ region, our Auckland office is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. 

The Role

Your key role will be to originate new business, develop long-term client relationships and provide high quality solutions to companies. Your clients will include many of New Zealand's most respected organisations.  This is a fast paced environment where no two days look the same.  Your day is jam packed and with a mix of client meetings, interviewing candidates, sales calls (with a hybrid of cold and warm calls), referrals & networking.  In this role, you are expected to have a strong commercial nous as you will intrinsically need to understand business cultures and have emotional intelligence to deal with a wide of variety of people.

Your Profile

You will be goal oriented with prior experience as a recruitment consultant preferably in the professional services space. Instilled in your character will be passion and a burning desire to succeed. Great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels will form the cornerstone of your success.
