Leadership lessons

Being a leader can be difficult. How do you get buy-in from your staff? What does it take to be inspirational?

We know that the reason most people leave their jobs is due to their opinion of their direct boss which means leadership skills are the most important attributes of a manager.

Here we provide you with a number of tools and advice pieces to help you be a better leader. We've provided this information in a number of forms: white papers, eBooks, videos and podcasts. If there is anything that you think you would benefit from, just contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.

    CFO Masters Series

    CFO white papers

We run CFO roundtable events annually, supported by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, to provide a platform for top CFOs to discuss and debate the issues of the day and these opinions are outlined in the below white papers.

    • Where will technology take accounting and finance in the next five years? This white paper was produced following our 2008 CFO/CIO roundtable event featuring senior finance and IT representatives from New Zealand's top companies such as Turners and Growers, AUT University, Ports of Auckland and Zeacom. The main discussion focused on the relationship between CIO and CFO and IT and finance, and how these relationships will affect future business strategy.
