High growth tech firm has been a major disruptor in the customer service industry, utilising big data and analytics in order to provide superior customer service to customers. Having initially focused on the US market, they have built partnerships with two of the biggest companies in NZ, with more partnerships in the pipeline. This position will be the first person to be employed in NZ but you will have support from the US team who will be in NZ on a regular basis for extended periods over the next 6-12mts
Reporting to the CEO based in USA, you will be running the operations of the NZ and Australian business but also travelling on an ad-hoc basis to Asia and Europe to assist with those territories. You will be based on the client site to lead the end-to-end execution of the new platform which will involve:
- Conducting current state analysis and future state design
- Analyse customer data to deliver insights
- Execute operations meetings and manage client relationships
- Leverage client feedback to make recommendations on improving the product
- Recommend best practice strategies for growth
- Lead training sessions for clients
You will have at least 5 years' experience in a consultancy position (experience within an IT firm would be beneficial but not essential), excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with people across the world and an ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
