The role of Relationship Manager is a consulting role which will focus on the candidate/talent side of the recruitment process. Your role will be focused on sourcing talent within the accounting & finance market space, conducting interviews, referencing, generating leads and getting involved in the placement of candidates into actual roles within companies. You can really help people manage their careers and provide people with meaningful career advice in this specialist area.
