With a large office based in the heart of the City, this instantly recognisable company is currently seeking two experienced Accounts administrator/Receptionists to join their fast-paced finance team; one on a full-time basis and one on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role where you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager. You will be working in an autonomous role and your main duties will include:
· Data Entry
· Processing invoices
· Answering client queries
· Credit Checks
· Processing orders
· Create and maintain customer files
· Ad-Hoc duties such as filing, ordering office supplies and posting mail
To be successful in this role, you will have similar experience working as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role. You will have worked in a busy environment and be comfortable handling high volumes with exceptional organizational skills. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will enjoy working with others and be confident liaising with all areas of the business.
