My client is a very, funky, well branded company which has a strong vibrant culture and creativity of a well marketed organization which is totally geared up for growth in the future. With a fun environment & great offices, this client also offers car parking & is centrally located on the city fringe.
As the Accounts Clerk you will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager. You will be specifically dealing with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. For Accounts Payable function you will be inputting and processing invoices into the system, coding and preparing payment batches for all company invoices. For the Accounts Receivable side you will be dealing with the daily banking, allocating and receipting and reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and month end processing for Rebates. As you will be working directly with the Finance Manager the more you are capable of, then there will be more responsibilities available.
To be considered for this role you will have had similar experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Clerk role. There is a focus on looking for someone who is culturally aligned to this environment and is able to hit the ground running. You will be dynamic, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and like to take ownership. This is a very busy role so will suit those that like volume & pace in their role. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will enjoy working with others and be confident liaising with all areas of the business.
