My client is a wholly owned subsidiary of an ASX listed company operating in providing an essential service to small to medium businesses. The NZ subsidiary is a medium sized business and continues to grow & expand with additional product & service offerings.
The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Updating sanding orders
- Bank Reconciliations - Cash Book entries
- Raising debtor invoices
- Credit Control - Debtor Management
- Assistance with Month End - Invoicing, debtor statements, Filing
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Liaising with sales team
- Assistance with Accounts Payables upon request
- Liaising with branches nationwide
We are looking for an individual who can work independently demonstrating initiative when carrying out tasks. Possessing high attention to detail and accuracy accompanied with strong communication skills both verbal and written, you will be motivated and have an eager to learn attitude with previous experience in Banking and Accounts Receivable.
