My client is a well established and reputable firm within the professional services industry. With multiple offices throughout New Zealand, the Auckland office seeks a dynamic individual to join their finance team on a temporary basis.
My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to support the finance team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be required to perform a range of general accounts duties. This will include reconciling the firm's trust accounts, preparing payments, filing accounts records and completing ad-hoc duties as necessary. As well as this, you will be required to assist with debt recovery duties which will involve following up with clients via phone and email, resolving any issues and enquiries, and processing refunds.
You will be a strong Accounts Clerk with previous experience in accounts and administrative functions. As this is a varied role, the ability to multitask is imperative. You will be comfortable working within a team but also be confident to work autonomously when necessary. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be required to liaise with both internal staff and external clients and customers. To be successful in this role, you will have a positive attitude and the confidence to communicate with a variety of parties.
