Operating as part of a larger group, this manufacturing company has been in growth mode over Australia and New Zealand for the past 5 years. They are conveniently located with parking on site and offer an open-plan, friendly team environment. Due to internal movements, they are in need of an Accounts Clerk to join the team on a temporary basis.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:
· Manage inbound customer service calls with a professional manner
· Data entry and database management
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day to day business
· Problem solving
· Support the overall administrative tasks of the business (where required)
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers as well as internal stakeholders. You will have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills around the input of data and customer orders. You will have a special client focus in order to provide excellent service to business partners.
