With large open office space with plenty of parking available based in Mount Wellington and easy access to motorways. My client specializes in the health sector and providing services to individuals both here in New Zealand and throughout Australia. They are a close unit and have a good family feel embedded in their culture.
As the Payroll administrator you will be reporting directly to the Financial Accountant. You will be responsible for processing payroll fortnightly. This includes receiving timesheets from around New Zealand, collating the data, getting correct approval and processing payroll payment runs on Chris21. You will be dealing with legislation and employment agreements and ensuring all company policies are met in regards to the payroll process. You will also be the first point of call for any queries and running payroll reports as required.
You will have working experience in Chris21 or a similar large payroll system. You will have immediate level of experience with payroll functions. You will have worked with large complex collective agreements and have advanced understanding of Excel. You will have strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills. You will also be comfortable liaising with others and enjoy working in a team environment.
