Based in Mount Wellington this organization has a reputable brand with a great team environment and beautiful offices.
As the credit controller you will be reporting directly to the National Credit Manager within a team of 9. In this position as Credit Controller you will have your own ledger that you are responsible for in ensuring that debt is collected in a timely manner. With significant operations throughout the country you will have a large number of active customers and will be responsible for some very challenging targets. In order to achieve these you will need to be committed to building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to reach resolutions and gain commitment to payment.
To be considered for this role you will be in a credit control role today and have a good understanding of the full accounts receivable function. You will have incredibly strong interpersonal skills and a customer service approach. Due to the challenges within this role, you will be results focused and be able to give examples of success in reducing debt in your current or prior roles. Someone that has had prior exposure to cleaning up aged ledgers will be viewed favorably. To be successful in this role you will be someone that takes ownership of your work, is proactive and is enthusiastic about achieving results.
