My client is a well established New Zealand property management company with a strong competitive advantage in their industry. Based in central Auckland you will have off street parking 2 minutes from the office.
You will be reporting directly into the General Manager of Finance and you will also be liaising with key account owners and the project manager. Strong communication skills and your ability to translate financial information to non-finance individuals are key to your success on this assignment.
You will be responsible for accurately working through transactions and tidying up the accounts for migration to the new reporting system. Other factors that will contribute to your success in this role are:
- An understanding of how to review accounts.
- A positive attitude and a focused work demeanor.
- Experience in trust accounting.
- Hands on accounting and problem solving skills.
Your Profile To be considered for this role you will need to be available immediately and have a proven track record in Financial reporting roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are of great importance in being successful in this role. Your self-management skills need to be second to none and your ability to take a proactive approach in providing solutions will be important.
