As the international payroll adviser, you will be liaising with payroll providers all over the world in making sure your process runs smoothly. You will be the liaison point for your staff who might have payslip related queries. You will also run a very stringent leave management system while taking full ownership of starters/leavers processes. With time in the seat you will get exposure to payroll legislation from multiple markets across Europe and Asia.
While we do not require international payroll experience for this role, it is imperative you have a passion for payroll, understand NZ legislation and are wanting to take the next step in your payroll career. You must have advance Excel knowledge and be able to work with multiple systems. The ideal candidate will be down-to-earth, have the ability to freely communicate with staff from all backgrounds and walks of life.
