Growing company within the advertising industry with approximately 65-70 staff within the office. They have established a great brand name and currently work with a number of large, well-known companies throughout NZ.
The role of the Finance Assistant will report directly through to the Finance Manager in a team of 4.
The role will be responsible for:
- Managing the accounts payable ledger.
- Entering of invoices.
- Weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
- Responding to supplier payment queries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable.
- Petty cash.
- Timesheet processing.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 1-2 years' experience in an accounts payable role. Ideally you will be a graduate who is eager to learn and gain more experience for a well-known company. The opportunity to grow in this role is there for the right person who can demonstrate great work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential in this busy, fast paced role.
