My client has recently moved into this new office building close to most motorways and parking available on site. They are leaders in the market both here locally and overseas markets. They are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for a dynamic Accounts Clerks to help within the close team environment.
The Accounts Assistant will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller within a team of four. You will take ownership of the full function of Accounts Payable. This includes receiving all invoices, getting correct approval and sign off as required, inputting invoices into the system and preparing payment runs monthly and any urgent payments as required. You will also assist with the wider finance team and would be dealing with multiple reconciliations.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a confident and engaging individual who can hold their ground and has had some exposure to Accounts previously. You will be liaising with others both internally and externally so communication skills is very important. You will have excellent data entry with high attention to details. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be open to picking up extra tasks as required.
