This instantly recognizable organisation plays a key role in supporting the growth of sports across the country. They have modern and bright offices in an easily accessible location and are looking for a part time Accounts Clerk to join their tight-knit finance team on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager as part of a wider team of 3 in Finance, you will be backfilling the Assistant Accountant. You will mainly be responsible for the processing of Accounts Payable invoices, completing supplier reconciliations and conducting payment runs. The Accounts Receivables side is fairly minimal, with the main duties being focused around the billing function. You will be completing bank reconciliations daily and if you feel comfortable with assisting with some month end duties, they are more than happy to upskill the right candidate!
You will have experience working in Accounting for a number of years. You will be comfortable dealing with relatively large volumes and have excellent communication skills. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills and have strong attention to detail. You will be comfortable liaising with others and have the ability to multitask while working to deadlines.
