My client is a NZ SME operating in a nice market space. The company is investing heavily in the future and looking to take this company into an innovative space on a global scale. Currently the business transacts mostly through the export market but with a close knit NZ team, this is a true NZ business doing great things.
As the Receptionist you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller within a team of two. You will be sitting at Reception and being the main point of contact for all administration duties and assisting with any duties required to maintain the day to day running of the office. You will also be responsible for handling the data entry of invoices and processing all invoices into MYOB.
You will have experience working in Accounts Payable or Reception with some accounts knowledge previously. You will be comfortable dealing with large volumes and have excellent communication skills. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills and be comfortable liaising with others within the organization.
