The Company


Having been founded in 2012, this professional services firm is going through a period of rapid growth and as such are looking for an experienced administration professional to join their busy team. The company has a very strong culture of collaboration, commitment to customer service and employee wellbeing. The office is bright and open plan, the team are super friendly and they offer relatively flexible working hours



The Role


As the Client Services Administrator, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Services and working in a wider team of five in Client Services. Your role will be incredibly varied and will primarily be supporting client queries throughout the sales cycle (eg giving client quotes from a spreadsheet or answering questions on whether a transaction has been actioned etc). There is no sales element to this role however you will be supporting the sales team from an administrative perspective. As the company takes a customer-centric approach and operate to make their clients lives easier, you will need to have problem-solving skills to come up with creative ways to overcome obstacles.




Your Profile



You will have at least 3 years' experience in an administration position within a professional services environment (ideally within a CA firm or Financial Services), have excellent communication skills and most importantly a positive personality as the representative of the company when liaising with clients.
