As a Support Technician you will be reporting to the IT Manager and will be working as part of a team of two in support. Your responsibilities will be very varied from be responding to customer enquiries from around the world, advising customers on how to configure their networks, assisting with writing of technical manuals, assisting with testing new solutions, training customers and running technical training courses with resellers.
You will have at least two years' experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers around the world and most importantly, problem solving skills to solve complex challenges.
