As the Technical Support specialist, you will be reporting to the General Manager as part of a wider team of 15 in the Auckland office. The company develops a number of different products from an eCommerce system, POS system and various facilities management systems. On a daily basis you will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks from some basic networking to answering clients queries around database management EG. Their facilities management system needs to be integrated into the clients' database so having a basic understanding of SQL is required.
You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills to liaise with clients located across the world and most importantly an aptitude to learn new technology. This role will suit someone who is looking for a varied role within a smaller team where you can really make a difference!
