My client is a successful NZ entity in growth mode with an offshore privately owned parent company. This business has gone from strength to strength and holds 80% market share with an aggressive growth focus in the years ahead.
The parent has been operating for over 60 years with the NZ operation in full force for about 12 years. The company has a global brand and is a highly profitable and secure business. It is a truly remarkable business. The NZ business operates in the distribution and service industry.
The role of Finance Administrator will report to the Financial Controller but have a strong dotted line to the National Operations Manager. You will be responsible for 50% accounts work and 50% administration. Your responsibilities will include:
The role will be based at reception but this is a low foot traffic environment so there is limited interruptions. Additionally all the team are responsible for the calls to the business, to enable this person to focus on the above.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an organised person who has a mix of accounts and admin skills. You will enjoy juggling tasks, be adaptable and enjoy helping those around you. As you will be working on the ERP system, it is important that you have worked with an accounting system previously and preferably that you have some Accounts receivable experience.
