As a Robert Half recruitment consultant, you will be working with both employers and job seekers to match the right person with the right job. A combination of recruiting, business development and account management skills are required. You will be responsible for prospecting for new client business; making recommendations to clients regarding top talent available; sourcing candidates through business contacts, direct recruiting, existing database and internet advertising and strategising to accomplish weekly, monthly and quarterly business sales targets with your team.
