My client is an internationally listed Company in the manufacturing industry. They are regarded as an industry leader and are globally one of the largest manufactures in their industry. They offer a stable and friendly environment. This role has arisen due to the incumbent moving out of Auckland.
The role of Credit controller will report to the Accountant and will be part of a wider finance team. You will work very closely with another Credit controller where you will split the ledger but work closely together as a team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collection, receipting and customer account management
- Processing credit account applications, including set up of PPSR
- Maintaining system price tables including contracts, promotions and discounts
- Raise & receipt purchase orders for non-stock times
- Weekly wages payroll processing (this can be taught).
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced Credit controller / Accounts receivable clerk with full function experience. You will be a team player who is outcome focused. Your English skills; both written and oral need to be exemplary. Customer service is paramount in this role so your ability to solve issues, work with customers and own the ledger is paramount.
