Located out in South Auckland with parking available on site and easy access to motorways. My client specializes scaffolding hire equipment both locally and overseas. The business is expanding due to the growth within the industry and they are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge but is comfortable working in a sole charge environment.
As the Accounts Administrator you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for providing full administration support to the management team in relation to office coordination, handling all invoice processing, customer invoices and payroll coordination as well as a range of different ad-hoc office duties as required to support the whole branch.
You will have experience working in a role with a mixture of accounts administration or office management. You will be comfortable dealing with others and have strong communication skills. You will be able to think on your feet and work well within a small team environment.
