As the Accounts Assistant Officer you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager within a team of six. You will be responsible for month debtor invoicing and allocation of payments. There are a number of people in the team so you will be allocated a section and have complete ownership of the reconciliations, talking to suppliers and completing these reconciliations using excel spreadsheets. You will need to be able to resolve queries & have problem solving skills.
You will have similar experience working as an Accounts Clerk or Accounts Assistant. You will have experience dealing with both the full function of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will have worked in a busy environment and comfortable handling high volumes. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will enjoy working with others and be confident liaising with all areas of the business.
