My client is a multi-national company, recognised as market leaders in their field and well respected for their high standards. This role is a general all-rounder who wants to be part of a small but friendly team.
As the Accounts Clerk you will be reporting into the General Manager. You will be assisting the Assistant Accountant and specifically dealing with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. For Accounts Payable you will be inputting and processing invoices into the system, coding and preparing payment batches for all company invoices. For the Accounts Receivable side you will be dealing with the daily banking, allocating and receipting and reconciliation of multiple bank accounts. If you are capable then there will be more responsibilities available for you to handle.
You will have experience working in a similar environment. You will be comfortable dealing with large volumes and have excellent communication skills. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills and be comfortable liaising with others in the business. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be able to take ownership of your responsibilities.
