With a large office based in the heart of Auckland CBD, this organisation have a strong brand name and continues to grow. They are a busy team environment and are looking for an Accounts Clerk who can hit the ground running.
As the Accounts Clerk you will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be assisting the Assistant Accountant and specifically dealing with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. For Accounts Payable you will be inputting and processing invoices into the system, coding and preparing payment batches for all company invoices. For the Accounts Receivable side you will be dealing with the daily banking, allocating and receipting and reconciliation of multiple bank accounts. If you are capable then there will be more responsibilities available for you to handle.
You will have similar experience working as an Accounts Clerk or Accounts Assistant. You will have experience dealing with both the full function of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will have worked in a busy environment and comfortable handling high volumes. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will enjoy working with others and be confident liaising with all areas of the business.
