Leading enterprise level mobile solutions provider in New Zealand and Australia based in the CBD, working primarily on health, banking and security applications. Working with some of the largest companies and governments on exciting projects, you will be constantly challenged to keep up to speed with the latest technology. The company operates from open plan offices in the CBD, offer relatively flexible working hours and an easily accessible location close to the Britomart.
As an Application Support Developer, you will be reporting to the Development Manager as part of a wider team of seven. You will be providing support to clients that encounter issues with their applications, taking ownership of the problem and seeing things through until resolved. You will need to have good communication skills to be able to liaise with the clients and solid troubleshooting skills; preferably with a background as a Tier 3 support with basic software development knowledge.
You will take ownership of issues when assigned to them, be a problem solver, that thinks outside the box and will see the issue through to resolution. You will need to have a proactive attitude and not only willing to learn new technology but enjoy doing so.
