This kiwi owned business operates across New Zealand and is a prominent name in healthcare with a very proud history and a strong brand. This business has seen steady growth over the last 5 years. They are based in the heart of the city and have a friendly and vibrant culture with a very hands-on approach. They are looking for a strong Payroll Officer to join the close-knit team to cover a period of leave.
This role reports into the Operations Manager and sits within a team of 3 who form a close-knit team with a very friendly work environment. As the payroll officer you will
be responsible for the payroll for 500+ employees, using a time and attendance system on a fortnightly payroll cycle. To enable an effective payroll process, you will need to build strong relationships with the business which encompasses multiple cost centres.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a hands-on payroller with at least 3 years Payroll experience and can work in a team environment. Most importantly though, you will be frequently liaising with the branches so someone who has good communication and relationship-building skills is required. Experience with large Payroll systems will be advantageous
