As the Accounts Receivable officer you will be working as part of a wider team of three in Finance, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function. This will include, raising invoices for different areas of the business, you will be then receipting and allocating payments to the correct accounts, handling multiple daily bank reconciliations and then following up on any overdue accounts to ensure the debtors ledger is well maintained. There may be other ad-hoc responsibilities as required to assist the wider finance team.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships. You will have proven experience in a similar, high volume role. You will have the capability to prioritize and effectively manage a challenging workload with excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is key in this role!
