My client is a Private Company that is well established and therefore offer stability. The team is closely knit and have long standing service from their employees. Their office is in Otahuhu and parking is provided, but they are equally accessible to public transport.
As the Accounts Assistant you will report into the GM. This role is equally split between having sole charge responsibility of the AP/AR process as well as taking lead on the administrative tasks around the office. Accurate coding of invoices makes the AP process more complex than your standard AP processing role. Within the administrative function of the role you will be the key point of contact for several administrative tasks around the office - such as answering phones and organizing repairs and maintenance.
To be considered for this role you will have previously worked in a role which has exposed you to the full AP/AR process. Due to the specific challenges around coding invoices you will be detailed focused and accurate. You will take pride in your work and have exceptional communication skills.
