As the Payroll officer you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will be processing weekly payroll for 180 staff on SAP payroll. You will be processing timesheets which are pulled from the internal system and calculating overtime pay, you will be preparing and consolidating payroll runs for many different sites and dealing with all deductions and collective agreements. You will be preparing journals for any required adjustments and running payroll reports as necessary.
You will have experience working in payroll for a number of years. You will ideally have worked on SAP Payroll previously or worked on other large payroll systems. You will be comfortable dealing with many different areas of the business and understanding of legislation and agreements are important. You will enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
