Our client is an Australian owned business with significant operations right across New Zealand. With a close knit finance team which is in expansion mode as this business continues to go from strength to strength, this is an opportunity to join this great business.
In this role you will be part of a Credit Control team of four, reporting to a Credit Control Manager. The role is not a typical Credit Control/Accounts Receivable role and really does have a huge variety of responsibilities and tasks to really make the role interesting and broad.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily reconciliations and recharges
- Cash receipting
- Raising invoices
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Monitoring and control the debtors ledger, reporting upward on an overdue accounts
- Weekly pricing for commercial customers
- Compiling weekly and monthly management reports
- Processing data on operational performance
To be considered for this role we are looking for an individual who really compliments the team dynamic. Looking for relevant experience in Accounts Receivables and Credit Control. You must have strong written and verbal communication abilities. You will be analytical in your thinking, have strong problem solving capability and will show a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You must have a real team ethos and be someone willing and flexible to work in a team environment whilst really taking responsibility for your role.
