The Company

My client is a large ASX listed company with a large finance team. The business has great offices in a purpose built site which are modern and really nice. The business has a broad product offering and is down to earth and hires people as such.

The Role

As the Accounts Receivable / Banking officer you will report to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader. You will have full responsibility for one entire business unit whilst providing a back-up function to another unit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts receivable administration
• Credit control; with B2B collections
• Master Data administration
• Monthly reporting on KPI's
• Debtor reporting
• Working with a debt collection agency
• Reviewing operational efficiency's

This is a busy role which will have variety & ownership.

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable / banking officer with around 1-2 years of experience in this area. You will have a strong customer service ethos, be very proactive & like to use your initiative as well as have the ability to work with strong minded sales people. You really do need to enjoy working in a team where you are prepared to help others out as you will definitely need to work together.
